Eric Hymowitz is the president of ROC Homes, a construction company he co-founded in 2002. In this role, Eric Hymowitz is responsible for the daily management of the firm. Alongside this, he is a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA), an organization that looks to advance the needs of construction workers in the city.

The GHBA team recently attended the She Builds Houston Construction Conference, where a reported 1,000 middle and high school girls were in attendance. Taking place at the M.O. Aldine Education Center, the event was hosted by the National Association of Women in Construction and the Construction Career Collaborative.

Casey Morgan, the CEO of GBHA, also took part in a panel alongside Sadie Rucker, the CEO and principal of the Horizon Group, where they each spoke about their respective fields. Ms. Morgan spoke specifically about the ongoing trend of more women working in construction in an array of positions, among other topics.
