GHBA Opens Applications For Annual Scholarships

As president of ROC Homes, an award-winning construction firm he established in 2002, Eric Hymowitz holds several decades of experience in the industry. During this time, Eric Hymowitz has been involved with various organizations, such as the Greater Houston Builder’s Association (GHBA), which aims to advance the interests of construction professionals across the city.

Alongside its advocacy work, the organization looks to assist its members financially and has recently called for submissions for its annual Scholarship Program, which is presented by GHBA’s Associate Council. The initiative, which uses donations to help members’ children pursue a college degree, is open to any members with a child either currently enrolled in university or high school.

Tax-deductible donations from members are also welcome, with all proceeds going directly to those pursuing a degree. Applications for this year’s GHBA Scholarship Program will remain open until May 1, with the organization accepting them through its website.
