Eric Hymowitz draws on more than two decades of experience in the construction industry to serve as owner and president of ROC Homes. Through this Houston home-building company, he focuses on providing area residents with desirable, well-constructed homes at a reasonable price. Eric Hymowitz’ company strives to meet the diverse needs of clients, who have the option of choosing from a variety of quality home designs in select Houston Urban and Inner Loop Communities.
Prior to founding ROC Homes in 2002, Eric Hymowitz excelled as an executive-level manager at KB Home Corporation’s Houston Division. Serving as vice president of finance, he delivered over 1,000 homes per year and secured homes-sites for thousands more in only the third full year of his division’s existence. His background in home construction also includes leading a Lennar Homes Corporation division as a Division Controller, where he grew return on assets and margins by 80 percent and 20 percent, respectively.
Eric Hymowitz holds a bachelor of science in business management from Tulane University. Active in his field, he belongs to the National Association of Home Builders and the Greater Houston Builders Association.
